UK Standard Delivery

Orders shipped to UK addresses will be sent via Parcel Force, Royal Mail or selected other couriers.
Our standard delivery service is around 3-5 working days, however please allow 10 working days for delivery.

Orders placed before 12 Noon are despatched the same day for in-stock items when paid by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo or PayPal. Our standard delivery service is 3-5 working days, however please allow 10 working days for delivery. Orders placed and paid by cheque will be delayed until the cheque has cleared.
Most orders are despatched in 24 hours, however, at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times, please allow 28 days for delivery. You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering.

A signatory may be needed to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from their local depot. Swish Equestrian is not liable for any additional delivery charges.

If your order ONLY consists of a leadrope, Head collar and or Fly mask your will be charged £3.99 not £6.99

Customs Charges

You may be liable to pay import duties from customs (applies to countries outside the European Union). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Orders for destinations outside the EU are deducted 10% to compensate for this.
